Descaler ideal for bean to cup or capsule machines where you tip the descaler into the water reservoir and flush through.

Puly Descaler Espresso® is a powdered descaler designed for cleaning boilers, heat exchangers, heating elements, kettles, filter coffee machines, and all coffee extraction machines. Even a thin layer of limescale measuring just 0.3 millimeters has an insulating effect, lowering the temperature by approximately 5 degrees. This forces the machine to work harder to reach the desired heat, often resulting in under-extracted coffee in the cup.

Puly Descaler Espresso® complies with HACCP regulations. It acts even in cold water and it works best also on parts not subject to heating, such as trays and tanks of home and professional machines not connected to the water supply.

Not suitable for use with aluminum materials.

Lime deposits appear as very hard scale formations that accumulate on the walls and heating elements of coffee machines and kettles. The main consequences are an increasing demand for energy and prolonged water boiling time, resulting in under-extracted products in the cup. On the walls of electric kettles and espresso machine tanks, limescale is a fertile ground for bacterial growth. In the espresso machine, limescale builds up inside valves, filters, and water passages, reducing efficiency until complete blockage or obstruction occurs.

Instructions for use - These are general instructions always follow the correct procedure for your exact machine.

1) Pour 125 ml  product into the tank of the coffee machine; 

2) Add 400 ml of cold water and dissolve the solution by stirring;

3) Push the dispenser button and let the machine work until the tank is empty;

4) Fill the tank with tap water

5) Repeat point 3 again until the tank is empty.

General -

For removable parts: pour 25 ml of product and 300ml of cold water into a basin and dissolve the solution by stirring; leave the parts that need cleaning in the basin for about 30 minutes then rinse thoroughly. Furthermore, we also advise to refer to machine manufacturer’s instructions on how to clean equipment.
